Leicester's nine-year Premier League stint was halted by relegation last season. However, they had a bad run of play that made them need to gain some crucial points towards the end of the season, and they watched that lead fast evaporate.

"We talked about how much salaries, transfers, bonuses, and sign-on fees were, and tha was all," Siasia told Athlist sports during the interview.

Samson Siasia also accused the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) of abandonment.
