The Imo State Police Command, having confirmed the beheading of the Sole Administrator of the Ideato North Local Government Area of the state, Chris Ohizu, has said that the criminal act was carried out by suspected members of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its affiliate, Eastern Security Network (ESN).
