Diezani Alison-Madueke, Nigeria's former Minister of Petroleum Resources, has asked a Federal High Court in Abuja to vacate an order granted to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for final forfeiture of her seized assets.
In June 2022 A Federal High Court, in Abuja, issued an arrest warrant against the former Minister who was believed to be residing in the UK as of then and after a failed extradition.
