The Nigerian U-20 escaped the scares of Ugandan Hippos on Thursday night but triumphed with a 1-0 victory.
The Hippos dominated most of the game, and took the game to their Nigerian counterparts but failed to convert the few chances they have, and weren't so clinical with their finishing.
However, the Flying Eagles should be commended for a good defensive line that prevented the Hippos from penetrating Nigeria's final third.
Ladan Bosso's men started the game on a brighter note but weren't able to continue their impressive form which gave the Ugandans the space to play their games.
Nigeria U-20 have won the tournament seven times and are on the verge of securing a record eight AFCON title.
The Flying Eagles will play the winner of Gambia vs South Sudan for a chance to play in another final.
Earlier, the young Lions of Teranga defeated Benin by a lone goal.
